Varnish and Margin
Varnish and Margin
Add a beautifully fine-art quality to your canvas print!
The clear varnish adds a subtle paint stroke texture making it even harder to discern between reproduction and original with the added benefit of protecting the print from damage and fading while giving it a truly fine-art feeling.
(please allow a little extra time for order processing as the varnish takes added time to apply and to dry).
Fine Art Varnish
UV protective finish
Painterly brushstrokes (making your print look just like an original!)
Additional white margin bordering the image for ease of stretching and gallery wrapping.
(Stretching? Gallery Wrapping? Not sure what those words mean? No worries! We go over this all in The Framing Guide! Download it here!
The canvas print will arrive rolled, varnished, and with the extra white margin needed so that it will be ready to stretch over a supportive frame for gallery wrapping. I recommend using a professional framer or framing service to stretch the artwork.
I highly recommend this addition for larger prints and pieces that will be framed in a floater-frame as they will be more exposed than pieces behind glass. Plus they look so REAL with the varnish!
